PRETREATER Container

The PRETREATER container uses HY2CON’s proprietary Triple-Step (3S) process to treat organic waste. This process combines three methods—chemical, thermal, and mechanical treatment—to efficiently break down and transform the biomass. Chemical treatment involves using mild acids to break down the biomass and release sugars and proteins.

Thermal treatment uses high temperatures to further break down the biomass, optimizing the extraction of energy-rich components. Mechanical treatment involves grinding and crushing the biomass to increase its surface area, making it easier for the chemical and thermal processes to work.

This integrated approach enables the PRETREATER to maximize the conversion of organic material, turning it into a high-energy liquid for further processing into biogas or biohydrogen. The solid fraction is converted into biochar, which can be used as fertilizer or fuel. The modular design of the system allows it to be easily integrated into existing biogas facilities, offering a sustainable and cost-effective way to convert biomass into valuable resources with minimal downtime.

WASTECON Container

This unit takes the fluid from the PRETREATER and converts it into hydrogen and methane using AI-monitored bioreactors. The system operates 24/7 and allows for energy storage through GREEN OIL, a stable, non-flammable intermediate. Energy can be produced on demand.
